The circuit officer Ravi Prakash said: “The situation worsened when the father claimed that his son -in -Law had reached the beauty salon with three companions and cut the highlight of his daughter.” Radhakrishna claimed that the incident was related to harassment in the dowry, while the locals say that Rampratap was angry with going to the beauty salon to get his wife’s eyebrows.
