Success Story: Sourav Shakti, which comes from Farbisganj in the Araria district Bihar, was offered on a record package. Amazon Japan gave a package of Rs 1 Crore 20 Lakh to Sourav, a final annual student from B.Tech fuel mineral metalurgical engineering, in IIT Dhanbad. Sourav’s placement is held in Tokyo. According to the report, Sourav is the first student to get such a large placement package in the history of IIT Dhanbad. Until now, no student has received a package of one crore or more. The farmer is Sourav’s father Sourav Shakti’s father Sushil Kumar is a farmer and mother is a houser. Sourav is the oldest of three siblings. Both siblings are still studying. Sourav’s 10th was studied from Farbisganj and Navodaya Vidyalaya Purnia of the 12th. He passed Jee in the year 2021 and took admission to Iit Dhanbad. According to Sourav reports, Sourav’s dream is to become an IAS by passing UPSC. But at the moment he will work in the business for two-three years. There is also an atmosphere of happiness in the IIT campus on this achievement of Sourav. According to the selection report after four rounds of the interview, Sourav’s campus placement was also held in the Norway -based Energy Company. But he applied to Amazon Japan. After the application, the company questioned him for four rounds. This process lasted from December to January. Sourav will go to town after traveling the B.Tech Final Semester Exam in April.
