Private schools dominated the results of Class X

In the results of Class X declared by Himachal Pradesh School Education Board on Thursday, 117 students appeared in the top 10 merit list. Of these, 97 are students from private schools, while there are only 20 students from government schools. So much dominance of private school students raises a question why teachers of more qualified and well -paid government schools cannot level the results of private school teachers that get much lower salary than government teachers. If they assume that such inequality in the results is questioning government schools, teachers point to the obstacles they face. According to him, the social and economically advanced class of society sends his children to private schools. Acting Principal Surderingra Pundir told a government school in Syrmaur: “The child, teachers and parents work jointly on the child in these schools. The child’s performance is good, collective and coordinated efforts are made to ensure that most parents rarely show any participation.” Another teachers of government schools say that many schools are not of staff. He said: “We have not been a Hindi teacher for the past year. Many other schools do not have teachers from other subjects. It affects the total results and rankings of the students.” He said: “As for private schools, especially well -established schools, there is no staff problem.” Other people say that teachers in government schools have a burden to work non-teaching, which also affects teaching and effectiveness. Nevertheless, there is a question mark on the dedication and liability of a division of the government. A retired principal said: “Teachers do not show much participation such as private schools. Immediate actions are done against teachers who do not produce results in private schools, while this is not the case in government schools.” In addition, there is also a problem of absence among teachers in remote areas. Recently, two primary teachers have been suspended to close the school after lunch in remote areas. Share this story -tags
