Under an important trade policy change, India has banned the import of Readymade garments (RMG), processed foods and other items in the country by Landhavens from Bangladesh, which would apply immediately. Under the Ministry of Trade and Industry, the Director General of Foreign Affairs (DGFT) issued a notice from Bangladesh imposed on land port for the import of some items such as Readymade garments, processed foods to India.
