Wonderful Surgery at JJ Hospital in Mumbai, 13 cm external substance extracted from the eye of the patient
Mumbai, May 24 (IANS). JJ Hospital in Mumbai achieved a different performance in the field of medicine. The 13 cm long external substance stuck in it was successfully evacuated after a serious eye injury from the 25 -year -old patient. This complicated operation was performed with great care and skills by the hospital expert team. The patient was taken immediately after the accident after the emergency department of JJ Hospital. His eye was 13 cm long, 2 cm wide and 0.5 cm thick external fabric trapped, which made the condition extremely risky. The hospital doctors and staff immediately stabilized the condition of the patient by starting the treatment. Subsequently, a joint team of eyelids, graft -surgeons and plastic surgeons examined the patient and decided to have surgery. This complex cultivation used endoscopic technology, which includes the removal of external substances through the nostrils as well as orbital decompressions (reducing pressure to the eye). Surgery was performed with extreme accuracy, so that the patient’s eye and surrounding parts were not damaged. The operation was led by Dr. Srinivas Shreepatrao Chavan, the head of the ENT section. He was accompanied by assistant professor dr. Sunita Baghe, Dr. Aishwarya and Dr. Rajat. Dr. Sukriti Uttam Atram and Dr. Anantakrishnan A. Fully cared for the safety and pain of the patient. In addition, Dr. Sujata Chanhande, head of the Department of Supply Sciences and the standby team of Dr. Purva also ready for any emergency.
