Notification to Haryana in the marriage case
The Punjab High Court and Haryana today issued a notice to the Haryana government about a petition claiming “political intervention” in a marital case. Among other things, the collector’s man claimed that under the pressure of the police superintendent, the conclusion of the investigation was changed at the request of the defendant minister. Advocates Nikhil Ghai and Arman Singh, who appeared before the Bank of Justice Tribhuvan Dahiya on behalf of Man and other requesters, argued that the complaint delivered by the defendant woman was not investigated in a fair and transparent way. Both sides were asked for mediation and the allegations were investigated by the investigating officer. Initially, she concluded that the alleged crimes were made against the brother -in -law and man according to the allegations. Ghai argued, “At the request of the relevant minister tea (Anil Vij), due to the improper pressure of the police superintendent, the conclusions were changed and the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the complainant was also accused of harassing and humiliating them.” The bank was also told that these facts came from the conversation between the investigating officer and a senior officer, which was kept in the record as a CD. Justice Dahiya gave notice to the state and a few other defenders, but not the minister. The case will be heard on October 13. Share this story -tags
