Four gang -rape prisoners of 20 years strict imprisonment, the court pronounced judgment in 10 -year -old case

In a village in the Jhinja police station in Shamli, three accused ripped from the farm by an underage girl were sentenced to 20 years in prison in a town in the Jinja police station. This decision was pronounced by Manjula Bhalotia, the presiding officer of the additional Sessions Court/Special Court Poxo Act. The case of the chief accused goes on in the juvenile court. A minor girl went to work with her mother on the farm on May 25, 2015 in a village in the Jinja police station. The four accused abducted the minor girl of the farm. The victim filed a case against the accused minor girl and four unidentified people of the same town. The victim was recovered and handed over to her family members. After investigating the case, police filed a charge sheet against the accused teenager as well as Sachin Sharma and Rajneesh, resident of Sarwali in Saharanpur and Sumit, a Titaro resident. The case was heard in terms of the Poxo Act on Additional Sessions/Special Court. The three accused of the Saharanpur district was convicted. The court sentenced the imprisonment of three to 20 years and a fine of Rs 10,000. The case is underway in the juvenile court because the chief accused is a minor. Share this story -tags
