Scandinavian countries worldwide lead the percentage of electric car sales

Scandinavian countries are above the list of countries in the world in terms of the highest percentage of electrical and hybrid car sales of the total car sold in their markets in 2024, according to the data from the International Energy Agency. It comes above the Norway list, as this category of cars acquired 92% of total car sales in the country, followed by Sweden, Denmamark, then Finland with 58%, 56% and 50%, respectively, from total car sales in its local markets.
