How Kirti Patel was arrested, Kirti Patel continued for ten months to change cities over Gujarat, SIM cards and IP addresses to avoid arrest. Interestingly, she regularly posted on Instagram during this time. Last week, she placed a pulley to promote an online casino. The video got over 6 lakh watches. In February, she posted several videos of her visit to Mahakumbh 2025. She is a Shree Krishna devotion that regularly posts videos with his idols. The Surat police have traced her to Sarkhej, Ahmedabad, with the help of cyber experts and Ahmedabad. They even worked with Instagram to find her exact location. “In these ten months, her location was constantly changing, in different parts of Gujarat. The IP address kept changing, just like her phone numbers and SIM cards. We also coordinated with Instagram to get her location,” Kumar said. Patel also faces other complaints, including land grabs and more extortion cases. Police will now make her statements in these cases and continue their investigation.
