Off-Broadway News3rd annual In love and struggle Series is on its way to an audible theater outside Broadway

The theme of this year is inspired by science fiction writer Octavia Butler and other futurists.

Audible’s latest volume of their In love and struggle Series plays off-broadway’s minetta lane theater 14, 15 and 16 December.

Part 3: The future is around us Will only be performed directly for three performances before released the digital platform of Audible in 2024.

Now in his third year, In love and struggle Bring a group of black women and not -binary people together to share stories, music, comedy and monologues. The theme of this year is inspired by science fiction writer Octavia Butler and other futurists. Contributors to The future is around us will include Cree Summer, Zainab Johnson, Mahogany L. BrowneAmanda Seales, Picked upand Adrienne Maree Brown. Additional participants will be announced later.

The In love and struggle Ranges are produced by the meteor. The creative team contains sound designer Justin Ellingtonand lighting designer Charlotte McPherson. Monet Thibou will serve as the production scene manager. Technical supervision will be by Hudson Theatrical Associates‘Sean Gorski, with general management by Baseline -theater‘ Jonathan Whitton.
