Sky Quickly Confirmed the Problems and Announched They Had Been Fixed. Howver, IT Appears Some Users of the Popular Telly Platform have Continue to Have Issues.

Sky Had Already Issued Some Advice Telling Those With Problems to Reset Their Boxes, Now the Telly Company Has Gone Step Four by Push Out a Nationwide Text.
“WE’RE EXTREMELY SORRY IF YOU EXPERIENCED ISSSURE WITH YOUR SKY Q SERVICES RECENTLY,” The Text Reads.
“These wills have been fixed. If you’re still having Trouble, please switch off your box at the Mains for 30 Seconds, then Back on.

SO, The Advice is Simple. If your sky q box continues to be causing you issser, head to the plug, turn it off, leave it for 30 seconds and then switch it back on Again.
That should hopofully give things a reset and make sura the gremlins are cleared.
