Jan Aushadhi Kendra in Jamui becomes a blessing to people, medicine gets cheap prices

Jamui, May 18 (IANS). Pradhan Mantri Jan Aushadhi Yojana in the Jamui district of Bihar is a blessing to the people. Medicines of serious illnesses such as cancer, heart, kidney, blood pressure and sugar are now available at a low price. Not only that, sanitary pillows are also very cheap to women compared to private stores. This scheme not only brought relief to the people of expensive medicine, but also created jobs. This Jan Aushadhi Kendra, located on Jamui Sadar Hospital Campus, offers relief to hundreds of patients every day. The quality of medicine is the same, which is of brand companies, but there is a lot of difference in price. The particular thing is that the products needed for women, such as sanitary napkins, are also available at cheap prices. Pradeep Kumar Yadav, the director of Jan Aushadhi Kendra, said in a special conversation with Ians that this center started in 2019 and that so far millions have benefited from it. Cheap medicine is provided here, in which medicines are available for heart, kidney, blood pressure and sugar. It is the first and oldest Jan Aushadhi Center in the Jamui district, where long queues of patients are seen every day. I thank PM Modi for this center, giving poor people benefits. This center not only gave relief to the people, but also gave work to the youth. An employee working here said that medicine for heart, kidney, blood pressure and sugar is available at cheap prices here. As a result of this center, the poor benefit greatly and the number of people who bought medicine here has also increased over the past seven years. I thank Prime Minister Modi, which benefits the poor very financially. Attempts such as Pradhan Mantri Jan Aushadhi Yojana are a big step in bringing health facilities to the ordinary man.
