Supreme Court remained on command to cancel Rajasthan SI recruitment 2021

The Bank of the Rajasthan High Court remained the order of the single bank on Monday to cancel the sub-inspector (SI) recruitment-2021. Justice SP The decision was made after hearing the appeal of Amar Singh and other selected subinspectors before the bank was led by Sharma. The single bank ordered the recruitment investigation to cancel with reference to comprehensive irregularities and misconduct. The selected candidates filed an appeal in the bank and disputed the decision. In its order, the single bank said that the sub-inspector recruiting-2011 process, due to paper leaks and other irregularities, is the fairness of the process. The court instructed to cancel the recruitment as it is not valid or transparent. Against this decision, the selected subinspectors filed a petition on the bank with the argument that it was not justified to cancel the entire recruitment. He said the government was also not in favor of cancellation of recruitment and that the special campaign group (SOG) had started action against the people involved in the leak. Two people died in the Jaipur House accident, and several injured requesters have argued that it is possible to identify the right and wrong candidates in the recruitment process. He did not legalize the single bank’s decision as legally correctly and demanded that it be canceled. He said that the selected candidates should not receive the punishment for the mistakes of some people. In addition, it is also argued that the cancellation of recruitment would have an inappropriate effect on the candidates who passed the exam with honesty and hard work. After the arguments were heard from both sides, the interim bank limited the order of the single bank. The court ordered that the decision to cancel the recruitment process should remain until the next hearing. This decision has given relief to the selected candidates who have long been uncertainty.
