Powerful 6 Ruler of Mewar

The trending King Guhaditya founded the Guhil Dynasty in 566 AD. Later, Sisodia Dynasty, a branch of Guhils, ruled Mewar. 1. Maharana Hamir Singh -Rule: Maharana Hammir Singh of the Sisodia dynasty was one of the most powerful rulers of Mewar from 1326 to 1364. 2. Maharana Kumbha Reign: Maharana Kumbha, the creator of Kumbhalgarh Fort from 1433 to 1468, increased the power and prosperity of Mewar manifold. He also built many temples during his reign. 3. Maharana Sanga Land: Maharana Sanga expanded the boundaries of Mewar from 1508 to 1528 during his reign. He fought a war against Mughal ruler Babur, but he was injured in the Khanwa War. 4. Maharana Pratap Reign: Maharana Pratap is one of the bravest and respected rulers of Mewar from 1572 to 1597. Pratap has fought a war against the Mughal -Equeer Akbar and Demonstrated Valor in the battle of Haldighati. 5. Maharana Raj Singh -Rule: Maharana Raj Singh fought a war on Mughal ruler Aurangzeb from 1652 to 1680. He fought various wars during his reign with the expansion of boundaries. 6. Maharana Sardar Singh Rule: Maharana Sardar Singh, who ruled Mewar only 4 years from 1838 to 1842, fought a war against the British and dedicated his life to the freedom of Mewar.
