The brother of the Kauravas, who supported the Pandavas

The brother of Dharm Kauravas, who supported the Pandavas, was fought between the Pandavas and the Kauravas. Just as Kunti’s son was Karna at the Kauravas, a brother of the Kauravas also supported the Pandavas in this war. However, Yuyutsu was different from the rest of the Kauravas and gave interest to religion. Duryodhana and the rest of his brothers walked on the path of iniquity, but Yuyutsu was in favor of truth and justice. When the time of Mahabharata war came to the Kurukshetra land, Yuyutsu fell into a justice to support the family on the path of injustice or to fight the truth. Eventually, he decided to support religion and joined the army of Pandavas. The Kauravas were surprised by his decision, but Yuyutsu held on to his determination. In this struggle for religion, Yuyutsu fought with bravery and proved his loyalty to religion. When Yudhishthira became king after the end of the war, he dedicated Yuyutsu to the responsibility of the maintenance of the rule of Hastinapur.
