The Yatra reaches its final phase on April 11, when thousands of congressional workers surround the chief minister’s home. The congress has prepared 5,000 workers, which will include leaders and workers from the outside. The Sadaqat Ashram was converted into an Aadhaar camp to formulate meetings and strategies.
