Wow I thought I knew the place and have been here. Hitchhiked up on an empty bus heading up there to get people from the border. Was a wild ride – driver did not take it easy

The first one of these which I knew the answer. And I was too late. Brings back memories from when I went travelling around South America with the family when I was 10
