After completing a decade of the Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana (PMMY) launch on April 8, 2015, Uttar Pradesh emerged as a leading state in the implementation of the scheme, which has more than 47 Lakh entrepreneurs in FY 2024-25 on Wednesday, a government hero said. “At the tenth anniversary, Prime Minister Narendra Modi died with the selected beneficiaries of the scheme and heard directly how the bail-free loan changed his life. Under his leadership, the Yogi Adityanath government strictly implemented the scheme, making it a model for other states,” he said. According to official data, a total of £ 49.501 crore was distributed by currency loans in Uttar Pradesh to March 21, 2024. From this, Rs 37.875 Crore was given to 30.76 Lakh by banks, while Rs 11,626 crore was distributed by non-banking financial enterprises (NBFCS) to 16.16 Lakh. The spokesman said: “The scheme was a major change for small traders, startups and self -employment individuals, especially in areas such as food processing, crafts, retail trade, agricultural -based businesses and services.
