Karur, September 30 (IANS). During the rally of TVK (TVK) leader Vijay in Karur, Tamil Nadu, 41 people were killed and 110 people were injured in a bumped incident. According to the latest update, 104 of the injured were completely healthy and were discharged from the hospital. However, 6 people are still being treated. Magistrate M Magistrate M Thangvel said that 110 people injured in this horrific accident were admitted to various hospitals. Most of these have benefited from treatment. The district magistrate said that 104 patients had recovered completely and returned home. In addition, 5 patients undergo their treatment at Karur Government Medical College Hospital. At the same time, 1 patient undergoes treatment at Apollo Hospital (Private Hospital). The accident took place on September 27 at Vijay’s election event in Karur. Eyewitnesses said there was chaos due to sudden power failure, through which people ran to an extra power system and exit gates. Initially, Karur’s Deputy Superintendent of Police Selvaraj handled the case, but the top police leadership of the state replaced him with a high level investigation into additional superintendent of the police premanand. Vijay described the incident as ‘Hart -Wrench’ and personally announced a remuneration of Rs 20 Lakh for each celebration family.
