A sad thing came to light in the Kasar God district of Kerala, which shocked the entire state. Sexual abuse by 14 different people has been unveiled with a 16-year-old boy over the past two years. In this case, police, who acted quickly, have arrested 9 accused so far, including two government employees. The incident was not only limited to Kasar God, but also occurred in Kanur and Kozhikode districts. A senior police officer said the accused became friends by a mobile app, which is mainly for the LGBTQ community. With the benefit of the friendship, he slowly implied the boy in his trap and committed the wrong deeds with him. How is the case revealed? This shocking incident came to light when the mother of the victim saw an unknown man at her home who ran away when he saw him. The mother was suspicious and strictly questioned her son. The boy told the full story of this terrible exploitation before his mother for two years. The mother was shocked to hear it, but she did not lose courage and immediately informed the children’s line. Childline immediately notified the police of this serious case. Over the past two days, police have registered 14 separate cases under the Poxo Act, 2012, on the basis of the boy’s statement. The victim said this exploitation was done at his home and elsewhere. In light of the severity of the SIT case for investigation, the Kasaragod police formed a special investigative team (SIT). The team consists of one deputy SP and four inspectors, who will investigate the eight cases registered in Kasargod. The remaining six cases, which belong to Kanur and Kozhikode districts, were handed over to police of the various districts. According to police, the arrested accused are between 25 and 51 years old. The shocking thing is that one of the accused is two government officials, one of whom is also a railroad employee. After these arrests, police began searching for the remaining five careless accused. Police said they were investigating the case very seriously so that the victim could get justice and that all the culprits could receive serious punishment.
