Cricket News Desk. There was a time when people were desperate to get a look at Vijay Mallya and Siddharth Mallya. There were long queues of cameraman and luxury life was so dizzy. Royal Challengers were several star cricketers in Bangalore, but both were the life of the father-son party. It is also a time when Father Vijay Mallya is absolute and on the other hand those days of Siddharth Mallya’s life are over. Siddharth Mallya, once the owner of the IPL team, is now angry about a copyright case. Siddharth Mallya, Son of Fugitive and Former Owner of Royal Challengers Bangalore, Vijay Mallya, claimed that the IPL has removed his team’s title win from Instagram. Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) won the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 title exactly a week ago on June 3, after which the entire cricket world was praising the franchise. After the RCB title win, Mallya shared a passionate video in celebration of the team’s win. A TV screen was also shown in the video showing “copyright material” from the broadcast. He wiped away tears and printed emotions, he said in the removed video – eighteen long, long years, I don’t even know what to say. However, Instagram removed the video due to copyright infringement complaint. In a video on Instagram, siddharth revealed that he was banned from posting anything on instagram due to issues of copyright violation, but on Monday he decided to share his story. Junior Mallya also claimed to have investigated further and found that IPL officials asked Instagram to remove his video. He said in the video – for some reason Instagram decided to remove the video and prevent me from talking on the app. He further said – the ban was lifted yesterday. When I went down, the IPL complained and said that I had violated its copyright policy, which is absolutely angry with me. He further said: The video was less than a minute, and it was about me and my feelings. It is madness that he took my opportunity to celebrate and communicate with fans. I’m upset about this and it’s sad from the IPL. It is such a life. After winning the RCB title, Mallya shared a passionate video to celebrate the team’s win against Punjab Kings in the final.
