Up stf killed notorious criminal Ashish Ranjan in meeting

In PrayAgraj District of Uttar Pradesh, UP STF (Special Task Force) killed a notorious criminal Ashish Ranjan alias Chhotu Singh Wednesday night. Ashish Ranjan, who comes from the Dhanbad district of Jharkhand, has made his mark in the world of crime for years. He was sought for involvement in dozens of serious crimes in Jharkhand, Bihar and Uttar Pradesh. Ashish Ranjan was accused of very serious cases such as murders, extortion, looting and deadly attacks. The empire of his terror was distributed from Jharkhand to Uttar Pradesh. UP STF was long looking for him, and Wednesday night, STF tried to arrest him under an operation in Prayagraj. But once the STF team tried to surround him, Ashish Ranjan started shooting at the police party. STF killed him in retaliation. Ashish Ranjan died in this encounter, and a large amount of weapons were also recovered from him. After this meeting, UP STF said that this action is part of their campaign against criminals in the state. The STF officials have described this meeting as successful, saying that their actions against criminals will continue, so that law and order in the state can be maintained and fear can be created among criminals.
