The arrested accused is Akash Kashyap alias AK, a resident of Govindpuri and Chime Subsine, resident of Nigeria. According to Deputy Commissioner of Police Aditya Gautam, under the supervision of ACP Girish Kaushik, the team of inspector Ram Pratap and Inspector Vijaypal Dahiya stopped a suspected black glass car near Chirag Delhi on September 18.
