Punjab: Action in Jalandhar Grenade Attack, police have recovered RDX and Rocket Launcher
Jalandhar, April 13 (IANS). The Punjab police acted in the case of a grenade attack in the home of BJP leader Manoranjan Kalia in Jalandhar, Punjab. Police arrested Saidul Amin van Delhi on Saturday. At the same time, police received information about explosive material near Shekhe Village in Jalandhar on Sunday morning. The police immediately reached the place and started the investigation and recovered some suspicious goods. However, the police have not officially confirmed this. After saying that Saidul Amin was arrested from Delhi, police found an idea of explosives in the town of Shekhe. Shop owner Manoj Kumar, who was present near the incident, told the media that two police vehicles had recovered a few coaches at 7am. His shop is 200 meters from the scene. Manoj said another eyewitness said the police recovered a large number of suspicious objects and took pictures of them. During this period, 6-7 uniform policemen and three people were present in ordinary clothing. Police from the police station-8 received Manoj at 10:00 a.m. Questioned. Police suspect RDX has reached a large amount in Punjab, of which only a few have been recovered.
