The citizens of Ranchi wrote a letter to CBFC president Prasone Joshi demanding that "Santosh" approves without any cut.
More than 100 civilians from Ranchi, Jharkhand, including activists, academics, advocates, filmmakers, journalists and students, saw the film Santosh under the open air near Tagore Hill on May 2, 2025. Public selection was arranged by the Jharkhand Janadhikari Mahasabha (JJM) and the police screening followed by an informative discussion, in the audience that the audience appreciated the film to obtain the film barbarity, cabinets discrimination and institutional Islamophobia. JJM claims that in recent years there have been clear indications of work as the political branch of the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of the Council. Share this story -tags
