Police -Grievat -Regulation Unit (PGRU) will be formed in all districts to solve the problems of police staff. The responsibility of correcting the complaints of the policemen coming to this unit will be entrusted to the Superintendent of Police Officer. The police superintendent in question will report complaints and their disposal to higher officials daily. DGP Prashant Kumar has instructed to set up a cell in all the districts to solve the problems of policemen. Sailing was formed in many districts. Even after that, matters related to the disposal of charges of policemen are under the notice of the police headquarters. As a result, PGRU on the instructions of the DGP will now be formed in all the districts. He informed that PGRU was inaugurated as an experiment in the first phase in Sultanpur on Monday. In this unit, complaints are resolved based on a single window system. Any policeman can put employment-related problems before this unit, including salary differences, rear order, salary increase, Namini in CPF, character role, address and education records, medical remuneration, transfer, transfer, LPC. He informed that policemen could submit themselves or also complain by the station in -Charge, branch in -Charge and high officials.
