Magadh Division's high -level review meeting concluded for preparations for the Bihar meeting election 2025

The exercise at administrative level increased at the preparations for the upcoming Bihar Meeting’s General Election 2025. In this succession, a review meeting of the Magadh section was arranged today, which was by Bihar general secretary Amrit Lal Mena. The meeting was completed by video conferencing in the meeting room of the old secretariat in Patna. The main purpose of the meeting was to review the arrangements related to the election and to give the necessary instructions to the responsible officials in time so that the upcoming meetings elections could be completed in a fair, peaceful and transparent way. Discussion on all aspects has made the general secretary intensive reviews on important issues such as the review of the voters list, the physical system of polling stations, security of EVM-VVPAT, arrangements on site and special arrangements for the disabled and senior citizens. He made it clear that negligence will not be tolerated at any level in accordance with the instructions of the Electoral Commission and that all preparations must be completed within the deadline. Instructions to the officials: Purification of the voters list must be done with complete transparency and quickly. Booth level officials (BLOs) must be trained and insure contact with each home. The provision of basic facilities such as drinking water, toilets, electricity and driveways, etc. Must be insured in all polling stations. The district administration must already identify possible sensitive areas regarding safety arrangements. Strong security arrangements must be made to protect EVMs and VVPAT machines. Participation meeting of Divisional Commissioner and District Magistrates was also attended by senior officials of the Magadh, Dig, District Magistrate’s Division, SP, Electoral Officer and Senior Officials of all relevant departments. All the officers were asked to practice the general secretary of the updated situation of preparations in their respective districts. The general secretary reiterated that the election is a festival of democracy, and it is the responsibility of the administration to carry it out in a peaceful, fair and fear -free environment.
