Preparations for Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar's visit were reviewed

The district administration held a meeting here today to review the preparations for Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar’s visit to be held on June 6. The Deputy Commissioner Anupam Kashyap is chaired by the meeting. In the meeting, the necessary arrangements regarding safety, traffic control, cleaning, drinking water, health facilities and emergency services were discussed in detail. The Vice President will reach Shimla on June 6 and leave for the Solan district on June 7. Kashyap gave the necessary guidelines to all the relevant departments and asked to complete all the preparations in a time -bound and coordinated way. He said that all officers must work with full readiness to ensure proper arrangements. Pankaj Sharma, subdivision officer Shimla (rural) Manjeet Sharma, subdivisional officer Shimla (Urban) Oshin Sharma, Assistant Commissioner Devi Chand, Administration, Municipal Corporation, Health, Public Works, Transport and other departments were present in the meeting.
