To create a pizza base, sift the dough first. Then add yeast, olive oil, sugar and salt. Then add lukewarm water and knead the dough well. Put the dough in a vessel and keep it in a warm place for 2 hours. Apply a little oil to the top surface of the dough so that there is no crust on it. Take the dough and roll it into about half a cm thick ball. Now keep a non -stick pan on the gas. Put a little oil on it and fry on a low flame until it turns golden from both sides.
