According to a filing by Elitecon International, one of the most important proposals moved by the MultiBagger Company regarding fundraising. A special resolution has been flowed and moves regarding the consideration and approval for capital increase via qualified institutional placement. The company suggested to raise £ 300 crore via the issuance of shares via a QIP. Furthermore, another special resolution relates to making investments, loans, guarantees and security more than the limits specified in terms of section 186 of the Companies Act, 2013. MultiBagger Stock Elitecon International also suggested that the appointments of Venkata Ramesh Penumaka and Susanta Kumar Panda approve as independent directors of the company. The last proposal concerns the shift of the registered office of the National Capital Territory of Delhi to the state of Maharashtra. The voice results on the above resolutions, as stated by the chairman after receipt of the investigator’s report, will be communicated to the scholarship and also loaded on the company’s website, Eltecon International said. Elitecon International Stock Price Trend Elitecon International share price closed the session 5% lower on Friday 29 August amid weakness in the Indian stock market. The mid-cap shares, with a market cap of £ 52,000, had a 18% drop over the past week. However, this has emerged as a multibagger stock over other timeframes. Elitecon International shares increased by 669% in just three months, while they rose by 1371% in six months. On an annual basis, the performance is even more impressive with a massive boom of 3062%.
