A group of 23 Odisha pilgrims from ten families who left for Nepal to visit the Pashupatinath Temple reached on Sunday by Howrah-Bhubaneswar Jan Shatabdi Express by Howrah-Bhubaneswar Jan Shatabdi Express. The pilgrims felt deep relief when they lost in Kathmandu for two days due to the constant unrest in Nepal. All of these tourists residents of the Malanandpur area in Jajpur Sadar Block are trapped in Nepal amid increasing violence. Protests, which in some parts of Nepal violently adopted, created a stressful and chaotic situation, causing concerns about the safety of many foreign tourists. The Odisha -Pilgrims planned to visit religious and attractions in Nepal, including Pashupatinath -Temple and other tourist places. However, there was chaos when the driver of his travel agency escaped due to the weakened law and order, which caused him to hold on for two days in a hotel in Kathmandu. Despite repeated attempts, the group could not immediately get help from the local authorities or the government of India. Eventually, he re -established contact with the travel agency, which managed to arrange the driver and arrange his return journey. The pilgrims were eventually evacuated by road. The pilgrims reach the Indian border via wild and mountainous paths, from where they continued the journey of home. When he reached Odisha, he boarded the Jan Shatabdi Express and reached Jajpur Road Railway Station, where his face looked relieved. Tourists spoke to the media and expressed gratitude for their safe return and thanked the media institutions for emphasizing their situation. Tourists Ajay Kumar Panda said: “It felt like we found a second life. We were scared and helpless. We realized the right security just when we came home.” Another tourist pramod Mishra said: ‘We are very grateful to everyone who helped us during this difficult time.
