Blitar – Police again arrested a number of suspected offenders of destruction and looting at the Blitar Regency DPRD office. A total of 26 suspected rioters are currently being caught. “It is true that there are additional alleged riots offenders. There are about 26 people we secure it at the Blitar police station,” Kasatreskrim Blitar Police Akp Momon said, reported on Tuesday (9/9/2025). Momon explained that the 26 offenders arrested consist of 12 adults. While 14 others are still minor. At present, suspected adults who have adults are being detained at Blitar police headquarters and are believed to be not being detained. In addition to obtaining a number of alleged riots, the Blitar Police Criminal Investigation Unit also continued to search for goods looted at the Blitar Regency DPRD office. “We also hunt the offenders who looted goods during yesterday’s events. Police have previously arrested 41 suspected offenders. Nine offenders were then secured and three others were not detained because they were minor.
