The former Saudi intelligence director, Turki Al -Faisal, sparked widespread interaction on social media, with an article accusing the leaders of Western countries with “double standards” in their positions towards Iran and Israel and the danger of nuclear weapons.
Al -Faisal said in his article on the “Nachnal” news site: “If we were in a world where fairness would have seen the American B2 planes raining a barrage of its bombs of the Dimona reactor and other Israeli nuclear sites.”
He adds that “Israel possesses nuclear bombs. It violates the treaty prohibition of nuclear weapons. It was not originally signed on the treaty to escape the control of the International Atomic Energy Agency. No one searches its nuclear facilities.”
He stated that those who justify the “unilateral Israeli attack” on Iran referring to the calls of Iranian leaders to “remove Israel from existence”, forgetting the statements of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, since he took office for the first time in 1996, and his repeated calls to “destroy the Iranian government.”
