In the four -year murder case, the Madhepura Sessions Court on Thursday sentenced three accused to life imprisonment. The Court of Adj-9 Radhuvir Prasad convicted Mohammad Kamran, Mohammad Shahabuddin and Mohammad Jamaluddin, residents of Piranagar in Gwalpada block and sentenced him to Rs 50,000 with life imprisonment. The Jayanarayan Pandit app killed the house, saying that Shabana Khatu, wife of Mohammad Alam, a resident of Piranagar Ward 5, filed a fir in the Gwalpada police station in 2021. According to the Fir, at 7pm on April 2, 2021, his 17 -year -old son did not return. The family started investigating, but could not find any clue. The next morning, on April 3, Shabana Khatoon left with her two daughters in search of Nehal. During the search for the accused caught on the basis of call details, his younger daughter Nehal’s strangled body found near the arena. Police reached the place and took the body and sent it to postmortem and registered a case. Shabana Khatoon claimed that Nehal was called and killed under the conspiracy. In this case, the police gathered call details and other technical evidence and punished the culprits. The prosecution testified a total of eight witnesses in the case. After hearing the arguments of both parties, the court convicted the three accused and sentenced them to life imprisonment and fine.
