Gautam Budh Nagar, September 29 (IANS). The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP-Rira) once again took a big step to ensure transparency in the real estate sector. The government bank has strictly acted the complaints received from home buyers against several major builders, including Mahagun, Mahalakshmi, Gaudsons. This action is not only to prevent offenses, but also to maintain the confidence of ordinary people who have expected honesty and transparency to buy homes over the years. During the hearing, many builders were found to violate Article 13 of the UP-Rira Act and took the advance of buyers without containing it in the prescribed format. At the same time, the promoters acted in terms of sections 61 and 63, who tried to utilize the authority by disregarding the orders of the authority or by offering the wrong documents. During the trial of 16 complaints related to the Mahagun group, it was revealed that the company uploaded a simple drawing of electrical installations on the Rera portal and offered it wrong as electric NOC. This act was regarded as misleading behavior. Despite the already warning, all cases were sent to the authority for criminal action under Article 63 if there is no improvement. 9 complaints against Mahalakshmi Group found that the company did not issue allocation letters given to buyers in the format prescribed by the government. As it is a direct violation of Article 13, cases were sent under section 61 for criminal action. Likewise, SJP hotels and resorts pvt. Ltd., PanchSheel Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. and Gaudsons Realech Pvt. Ltd. -Action was also done against the issue of documents in wrong format or to disregard orders. Mahalakshmi infrahoms pvt. Ltd. But the cost of 10,000 is focused on the registration of objections based on false and misleading facts. At the same time, Gaudsons have high-tech infrastructure pvt. Ltd. But in four cases, 25,000 per case (1 lakh) were fined for similar behavior. The message is evident from this strict action by UP-Rira that the builders will no longer be arbitrary. Rera will no longer remain silent about problems such as delay in giving possession, misinformation or incomplete documents.
