Administrative Reformation in UP, Seven IPS officials have been transferred

Lucknow, September 17 (IANS). The Uttar Pradesh government has issued orders for the appointment and transfer of several senior officers in the police department. The list was officially published on Wednesday, in which new responsibilities were assigned to officers in different districts and units. DEV Rajan Verma (IPS-RR-2011), who currently works as Deputy Inspector General of the Police (Rules and Degree), was transferred to the position of the Deputy Inspector General of the Police Directorate, Lucknow). Dr. Satish Kumar (IPS-RR-2013) has also been appointed as inspector general of the police, while additional police deputy commissioner, police commissioners Prayagraj, Abhijeet Kumar (IPS-RR-2020) was sent to the post of additional superintendent of the Meerut District. Apart from this, Atul Kumar Srivastava (IPS-SP-0) has been appointed superintendent of police/additional police superintendent, Police Commissioner Deputy Commissioner Konpur. Mamta Rani Chaudhary (IPS-SP-0) was posted as Deputy Commissioner of Police/Deputy Commissioner, Police Commissioner, Lucknow. Shailendra Kumar Singh gained responsibility from the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Commissioners Gautam Buddha Nagar and Trigam Bisen as Deputy Commissioner of Police, Police Commissioner, Firozabad. A senior police official said this transfer was done in administrative efficiency and in the public interest. The officers appointed in new positions are expected to further strengthen law and order in their areas. This exercise is considered a step to make policing modern and transparent in the state. Earlier Tuesday, 16 IAS officials were transferred. In this, Vijay Vishwas Pant is the new commissioner of Lucknow, mainly by removing Roshan Jacob. The commissioners of Lucknow and PrayAgraj have been replaced. Until now, PrayAgraj Commissioner Vijay Vishwas has gained the responsibility of Lucknow. Senior IAS Ranjan Kumar was redeemed from the charge of the Department of Food Safety and Drug Administration for the safety of food safety and drug administration.
