The Haryana government has contracted the work of about 1.20 Lakh contracted employees for 58 years under the Kaushal Employment Corporation. The Cabinet has approved the rules for Haryana Contract employees -2025. The head of the department will be the penalty authority in corruption cases. On Friday, the Cabinet approved the rules for Haryana Contract Employees (Services Safety)-2025 for employees and officials involved in contract employees in government departments, councilorations and autonomous institutions. In cases related to corruption and misconduct for Group B posts, the Department of Department will be the competent authority to punish under the Haryana State Service (Criminal and Appeal Rules) 2016, while the administrative secretary will serve as an appeal. Job security is provided to contract employees who have completed five -year services by August 15 last year. They will get basic salary similar to Pucca employees. Employees who have completed five years will receive five percent more salary than minimum pay scale. Eight -year -old employees will be paid 10 percent more salary from minimum pay scale and 15 percent more on more years of work. The honorarium of contracted employees will be increased each year on January 1 and July 1. Not only that, after one year of service, all the benefits will be received under the annual salary increase, Death-Cum retirement gratuity and maternity act. The families of the employees contracted under the PM-Jan Arogya Yojana-Chorayu Extension Scheme will receive the benefit of health facilities. All RAW employees with a monthly salary up to Rs 50,000 under Kaushal Employment Corporation will get the outsourcing of policy part-1 and part-2 the benefit.
