The Haryana government has contracted the work of about 1.20 Lakh contracted employees for 58 years under the Kaushal Employment Corporation. Employees who have completed five years will receive five percent more salary than minimum pay scale. Eight -year -old employees will be paid 10 percent more salary from minimum pay scale and 15 percent more on more years of work. The honorarium of contracted employees will be increased each year on January 1 and July 1. Not only that, after one year of service, all the benefits will be received under the annual salary increase, Death-Cum retirement gratuity and maternity act. The families of the employees contracted under the PM-Jan Arogya Yojana-Chorayu Extension Scheme will receive the benefit of health facilities. All RAW employees with a monthly salary up to Rs 50,000 under Kaushal Employment Corporation will get the outsourcing of policy part-1 and part-2 the benefit.
