DKI Transport Agency explained that the CFD cancellation refers to the regulation of the Governor (Pergub) of DKI Jakarta Number 12 of 2016 Article 5 paragraph (1). In the regulation, it is said, the implementation of HBKB can be canceled as a national or international activity or opportunity at the same time requires special traffic and safety arrangements.
