I had a battle with Yashpal from the town on this. At the time, some people suppressed the case. After this, Pappu’s father Ramchandra and his brother Ghanshyam returned home. The accused allegedly surrounded him and fired at Ramchandra. In which he was injured. He died in hospital during the treatment. Police arrested the accused in this case and jailed them. After this, a charge sheet was filed with the court. The case was heard in the Court of Adj 4 Reshma Chaudhary. Three accused died during the hearing. The court heard the file of Yadavindra alias Yadav. On behalf of the government, Pradeep Kumar Singh submitted his side and argued to give the accused strict punishment.
