INFARGAGE: Tourism -Income in Iraq increases by 25% in 2024

Iraq gained revenue from $ 5.7 billion last year, increasing a 25% increase in 2023 revenue, which amounts to $ 4.6 billion, according to the data of the Central Bank of Iraq. Tourism income for the year 2023 dropped for the previous year when the sector earned an income of $ 4.7 billion, while revenue in 2021 was no more than two billion dollars.
