Udyog Nagar on Agra Expressway, Namish Nagar will settle in BKT LDA, more than 3 Lakh people will get accommodation
Lucknow Development Authority, which constantly finalizes the schemes to enrich the Capital Lucknow, will develop Naimish Nagar in Udyog Nagar and Bakshi’s Pound (BKT) on the Agra Expressway as well as Anant Nagar Yojana on Mohan Road. Lucknow Development Authority will develop residential schemes. Both of these schemes were presented at a meeting held on Friday in the Auditorium of the Housing and Development Council chaired by Dr. Balkar Singh, secretary, housing and urban planning department. In the meeting, the LDA -Vise president Prathamesh Kumar informed that Udyog Nagar will be developed in an area of 5610 hectares on the Agra Expressway. For this, land has been identified in towns of Bhaliya, Adampur Indwara, Bahu, Jalliamau and Madarpur, Ibrahimganj, Nakataura, Herdlwara, Tejkrishna Kheda, Rewari, Sakra and Dona van Sadar and Sarojninagar Tehsils. Similarly, Naimish Nagar will be developed in an area of approximately 2504 hectares on Sitapur, Ratha Road in BKT. For which land in towns in Bhauli, Laxmipur, Purva Village, Purva, Parapur, Farpresshabad, Kodari Bhauli, Kamalabad, Kamalapur, Palhari, Gopramau, Barumau, Dhatingra and Saidapur towns of BKT Tehsil. Prathamesh Kumar said that more than three Lakh people will get a residential facility in both of these residential schemes. In addition, there will be unprecedented development in the field of industry, health, education and logistics. These schemes will bring heavy investment in capital and create jobs. Dr Balkar Singh, secretary, housing and urban planning department, has reviewed both of these schemes proposed under the main minister’s urban development scheme. He ordered that a detailed action plan be submitted within a week of re -examination of the new schemes. So that funds can be sanctioned funds for both these schemes of the main minister’s urban development scheme. Secretary, dr. Balkar Singh, also reviewed the progress of It City and Wellness City of the Authority, which was approved under the main minister’s urban development scheme. They were told that the land pool for both schemes was quickly underway. Including proposals for more than 500 bighas land has been received by land pooling. The development work of Site Office, etc. Is also underway.
