Jakarta – The KPK has investigated the former director -general of Binary & PKK of the Ministry of Manpower, Suhartono (SU), which is related to corruption cases with the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker). The KPK confiscated documents from the investigation of Suhartono. “Investigators seized documents (there is no investigation/substantial question),” KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo said Tuesday (3/6/2025). The KPK suspects that unscrupulous officials in the Ministry of Manpower have chosen prospective foreign workers who would work in Indonesia. “The Ministry of Manpower at the Director General of Binary, collects/forces someone to give Article 12th and/or gratifications in Article 12B to prospective foreign workers who will work in Indonesia,” the acting department KPK, Asep Guntur Rahayu, told reporters on Tuesday (5/20).
