The Delhi Delhi High Court reprimands, the use of bouncers for fees is condemnable

New -delhi, June 5 (IANS). The Delhi High Court reprimanded the school administration for the expansion of 31 students from Delhi Public School (DPS) in Dwarka, Delhi. The case came to light when the school cut the names of the students due to the non -payment of fees and the deployment of bouncers to prevent them from entering the school. The Supreme Court expressed dissatisfaction that no school could adopt such inhumane and derogatory methods for the restoration of fees. The Supreme Court said in his order that the use of bouncers to stop students’ access to school is completely condemnable and immoral. It is not only respect for the dignity of children, but also shows that the school administration does not have a good understanding of the basic role and responsibility of the educational institution. The court also said that if a student is publicly embarrassed, threatened or used to violate him, it is directly equivalent to spiritual harassment and self -esteem against him. The presence of bouncers in schools creates an atmosphere of fear and boycott, which is completely towards the original character of any school. Educational institutions cannot be run like a commercial business, even if they provide services by paying fees. The purpose of schools is not just to earn profits, but to offer quality children to children, to develop moral values and contribute to nation building. The Supreme Court gave this order at the trial of the petition submitted by the parents of the students, whose children were suspended from the school because of the non -payment of fees. The court was told that the school administration has now withdrawn the decision to expel 31 students and that he again gained admission to the school. As a result, the court acknowledged that the dispute situation was now terminated and that the petition was resolved. -Ians PSK/GKT shares this story tags
