Food breakfast is the most important food of the day, and Toast is one of a quick and nice option. 1. Roast a bread slices. Grease a ripe avocado on it and spread it. Add a little salt, pepper and chili flax on top. 2. Grease a thin layer of peanut butter on the peanut butter toast. Put thin slices of banana on it.
