Historical discussions by China-Pakistan-Bangladesh in Kunming, will the new era of economic and strategic partnership begin?

Beijing/Kunming: The first official tripartite meeting was held Thursday between China, Pakistan and Bangladesh in Kunming City of China. This historical meeting is aimed at promoting mutual cooperation, regional stability and development between the three countries, which has given a new direction to the diplomatic activity of China in South Asia and neighboring regions. The meeting was attended by the Chinese Deputy Foreign Minister, Sun Wedong, the acting foreign secretary of Bangladesh, Ruhul Alam Siddiqui and additional Foreign Minister Pakistan Imran Ahmed Siddiqui personally participated. At the same time, Pakistan’s foreign minister, Aamna Baloch, made his presence in the first phase of the meeting by the video conference.
