A shocking case came to light from the Chinchauli town in the Jhunjhunu district of Rajasthan, where the wife of the martyr and Veerangana reached the district collector’s office and sought death to death. To Kanwar says that she has pleaded for justice for the past eight months about the dispute related to her land, but so far no trial has been held. He injured by administrative neglect and spiritual torture, and decided to take this drastic step. To Kanwar submitted a memorandum to the district administration and said that she was the wife of a martyr soldier and wanted to live with respect in society. But for the past eight months there has been a dispute over his country in which he is constantly plagued. He said that in this regard he contacted the officials, police and income division in this regard, but every time he received the insurance, no action. Kanwar claimed that some influential people were trying to occupy their land illegally, and when they were opposed to it, they were threatened and spiritually harassed. Despite repeated complaints, he has now requested the district administration to allow the consent to end his life and allow permission for death. This whole matter raised serious questions about the administrative system and sensitivity to torture families. On the one hand, the government talks about the honor of the martyrs and welfare schemes for their families, on the other hand, such heroes at ground level are forced to wander for justice. The district administration told the district administration that the memorandum of around Kanwar was taken seriously and that the relevant departments had been instructed to investigate. The district collector has assured that justice will be done through a fair investigation into the whole case. After this incident, anger is also seen with locals and social workers. He says that if the wife of a martyr must also make rounds of administrative offices for justice and in the end, then it is the failure of the entire system. Share this story -tags
