50 Maoists surrendered in Bijapur, CM Vishnudev Sai appreciated the state policy

Police said fifty suspected Maoists on Sunday (March 30, 2025) surrendered before the security forces in the Chhattisgarh Bijapur district, 14 of which 14 had a reward of Rs 68 Lakh on their heads. Inspector General of Police (Bastar Range) P. Sundararaj said this is the largest number of surrender. He said that 26 Maoists surrendered in Bijapur on one occasion last month. Bijapur is one of the seven districts of the Bastar region and is most affected by Naxal battle. Share this story -tags
