Small-cap stock below £ 100: Paramatrix Technologies share price rose to 18 percent to 18 percent in Thursday’s trading session to £ 89.50 per piece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). The small-cap stocks agreed after the company announced that Paramatrix Technologies Limited, Hong Kong, a wholly owned subsidiary of Paramatrix Technologies Limited (India), approved a 51 percent stake in Paramatrix Technologies KK, a company recorded in Japan. Acquisition details under the Agreement, Paramatrix Technologies Limited, Hong Kong, will acquire 510 shares at a price of ¥ 10,000 (approximately £ 5.723) per share of Mr. John Zendano, the sole shareholder, for a total compensation of ¥ 5.1 million (about 29 lakhs). This acquisition is part of the company’s plans to expand its international operations and establish a presence in new markets. Paramatrix Technologies KK was recorded in September 2024 and works in the information technology sector. Although the company is not yet to start business operations, this acquisition is expected to support future business activities and collaboration in Japan. The transaction received approval from the Ministry of Economics, Trade and Industry, Japan. The payment for the acquisition is expected to be completed by April 5, 2025. This acquisition reflects Paramatrix Technologies Limited’s commitment to expanding its geographical presence and investigating new business opportunities in the international market. “This acquisition is an important step in our efforts to expand internationally.
