Now AI will not be died! Sundar Pichai makes a big decision on the rental process, new guidelines in businesses

Virtual meetings and interviews in Silicon Valley to Kovid-19 are now common. From new businesses to large technical companies, most businesses have now adopted online rental process to increase efficiency and reduce costs. However, now that AI has changed the way of work, these companies have created a new problem, fraud using AI during virtual appointment. To deal with this, Google has now decided to resume the process of calling the office to better assess the actual skills of the candidates. The fraud in the interview with the help of AI was cheated earlier this year, at an internal town hall meeting in February, Google employees said the issue of dependent on AI instruments by candidates for fraud in the interview, as said by CNBC. An employee asked if we could resume work interviews on the spot? Brian Ong, Vice President (Recruitment) of Google, acknowledged that the challenge was real, although the online interview helped the company reduce the rental time of almost two weeks, but he admitted that he did not face the authenticity of evaluation. He further emphasized that at least one-on-one interview will now be compulsory for some roles, especially for practical evaluation, such as coding challenges. Sunda Pichai said that we make sure that one-on-one round maintenance for people starts to ensure that the basic things exist. Noteworthy is that Google is not the only company concerned about AI assistance fraud during interviews.
