Gonda: Fir on five including former SP Muk Mukesh Srivastava in the construction of the Health Center
Gonda, September 16 (IANS). A FIR has been filed against the former Samajwadi party Mla Mukesh Srivastava in the case of scams in the construction of health centers in the Gonda district Uttar Pradesh. The case is related to the CHC construction work in Haldharamau and Katra Bazaar blocks in the year 2017-18, in which irregularities were taken in the government funds of Crores. Together with former Mla Mukesh Srivastava, his father Rajendra Srivastava was also accused in this scam. Investigation revealed that the firm of the former MLA’s father had received a contract without any tender process. Not only that, an amount of Rs 4.16 Lakh was also transmitted to the firm. The case was investigated by the vigilance team, in which a total of five people, including the former MLA, were convicted. After this action, a fir was submitted in the various divisions in the Vigilance Police Station of Ayodhya sector. In the case filed, serious allegations such as eclipse and conspiracy are made. According to the Vigilance report, the entire game was compiled in the year 2017-18, when construction work of community health centers in Haldaramau and Katra Bazaar blocks of Gonda. A fir was also filed in this scam against the former chief medical officers of the Bahraich district and the Gonda. He is accused of monitoring construction work and negligence in fund transactions. When the case came to light by the government, the vigilance investigation was ordered, after which the action was done.
